He came to my house and did a thorough inspection for all the critters that could be crawling around. He even knew the name of an odd cricket/spider thing (turned out to be a mole cricket) that I had seen around. He set traps for those and spiders, he sprayed the entire inside and all around the outside for fleas (which is what I called for) and swept around the roof line of the house for spider webs. He even sprayed in my separate garage. We fought with the fleas for about two months and went through half a dozen packs of bug bombs before calling. It has been a week and a half since he came and no fleas. Very professional. Five+ stars

We had a carpenter ant problem, and Expert Pest Control came out immediately. Brian examined everything and looked all over the house. He actually did some temporary spraying as well. He came back the next day to follow up with some heavier spray. I haven’t seen an ant since then, so you can’t beat that. He was thorough, and he explained everything that he was doing. He was patient with my wife when she asked him questions and answered all her questions to her satisfaction. Overall, he did a really good job.
